Reiki is a technique for stress reduction, relaxation, and healing. We are all born with this power. It is the life force energy. Reiki is not a religion, or religious, therefore anyone can do Reiki. 

Learn Reiki even if its for yourself only. You can be attuned to first degree Reiki and practice just for you. There are no rules to go any further if the healing you need is personal, for your plants, the planet and your pets.

If you feel the pull toward Reiki, I encourage you to honor it.

The first 21 days after an attunement is knowns as the 21-day cleansing cycle. Reiki One is a physical purification. Reiki Two can be more of an emotional or mental purification. Reiki Master is a spiritual purification, giving clarity on your life's path, feeling peace and wholeness. During this 21-day cycle, much healing takes place. You may feel as if a whole layer has been released from your body and energy field, and you begin to feel more balanced. The shedding of old energy allows you to become a stronger and clearer channel for the energies of Reiki. You begin to accept yourself with true compassion, and to accept all of your experiences and actions as part of who you are and what is meant to be on your life's path. As you use Reiki on yourself daily, you begin to trust life, hear the guidance you are meant to hear, and trust in that guidance.

The foundation of self-healing and energetic awareness

Reiki I is an invitation into conscious self-healing and energetic awareness. This foundational training opens the energy channel and permits the student to begin channeling Reiki primarily at the physical level, starting with oneself.

In the Usui Tibetan system, Reiki I consists of two initiations, each with two attunements. These initiations permanently connect the student’s energy system to Universal Life Force Energy, allowing Reiki to be accessed and channeled whenever one chooses. As the channel opens, energetic blockages may be released, supporting balance and harmony within the major energy centers, or chakras.

This training offers a spacious and embodied learning experience, including:
A gentle Yin practice to prepare the body and nervous system
Meditation and grounding practices
The history of Reiki and what Reiki is (and is not)
Understanding and exploring the chakra system
Learning to work with energy safely and intentionally
Connecting with inner guidance and intuitive awareness

You will receive a beautiful binder with your learning materials. Students receive a Reiki I certificate of completion upon finishing the training.

Each training includes a guided 21-day integration journey, where students are supported in a private group space to share experiences, ask questions, and deepen their understanding. During this time, I also offer a one-on-one mentoring session with me, honoring that the detox and integration process can be both powerful and deeply personal.

Reiki I stands fully on its own as a complete practice for self-care and personal healing. There is no requirement to continue beyond this level. At the same time, Reiki I is the prerequisite for those who feel called to advance.

Reiki I is open to everyone. No prior experience is needed. Many students choose to experience this training alongside a loved one, creating a shared language of healing, reflection, and connection.

Expansion into intuitive awareness and energetic depth

Reiki II is a deepening of your relationship with energy—an expansion into intuitive awareness, energetic sensitivity, and the ability to work beyond the physical body. This level strengthens both your confidence and your connection to the work, inviting you into a more refined and powerful experience of Reiki.

In the Usui Tibetan system, Reiki II includes one sacred initiation that further opens and amplifies the energy channel. Students are introduced to the Reiki symbols, which allow for greater focus of energy, emotional and mental healing, and the ability to offer Reiki across time and space.

This training offers a spacious and immersive learning experience, including:
Guided group meditation to deepen energetic awareness
Introduction to Reiki symbols and their applications
Emotional and mental healing techniques
Distance Reiki and working beyond physical proximity
Strengthening intuitive connection and energetic sensitivity
Extensive hands-on practice time to build confidence and skill

This level is highly experiential, allowing students to move beyond theory and into embodied practice through giving and receiving Reiki in a supported environment.

You will receive a comprehensive binder with your training materials. Certification is awarded upon completion of both the training and a required one-on-one mentoring session with me, ensuring each student feels confident, supported, and fully integrated in their practice.

Each training includes a guided 21-day integration journey, where students are supported in a private group space to share experiences, ask questions, and deepen their understanding. During this time, I also offer a private mentoring session, honoring that the energetic expansion and integration process can be profound and, at times, activating.

Reiki II is a powerful step for those who feel called to deepen their practice, expand their intuitive gifts, and begin working more professionally with others. It is the required next step for those who wish to continue on the path toward Reiki Master training.

Embodiment, leadership, and the path of energetic mastery

Reiki Master training is a profound initiation into embodied leadership, energetic mastery, and the sacred responsibility of holding healing space for others. This level is not simply about learning more—it is about becoming the work.

Here, the practitioner is invited into a deeper devotion to the Reiki path, refining their intuitive gifts, strengthening energetic integrity, and stepping fully into their role as a clear and confident channel of Universal Life Force Energy.

This training is designed for those who feel a true calling to live and lead through this work—whether for personal mastery, professional practice, or the path of teaching.

In the Usui Tibetan lineage, the Reiki Master initiation is a powerful energetic expansion that further opens and stabilizes the channel at the highest level of this system. Students receive the Master symbol and are guided into advanced energetic techniques, deeper intuitive development, and the art of holding space with clarity, presence, and discernment.

This training is both immersive and highly experiential, blending advanced study with embodied practice.

Two-Day Intensive
A comprehensive, immersive weekend training designed to fully initiate and integrate the Master level in a focused container.

Two Separate One-Day Trainings
For those who prefer a more spacious integration, the Master training may be completed across two individual training days, allowing time between sessions for reflection and embodiment.

Reiki Master Retreat (3 Days / 2 Nights)
An elevated, deeply immersive experience designed for full transformation. This retreat setting allows the work to unfold in a more intimate and supported environment, weaving together training, practice, reflection, and restoration.

This offering is ideal for those who desire a more ceremonial, connected, and life-changing initiation into the Master level.

As with all levels of training, students are supported through a guided 21-day integration period following initiation. This includes access to a private group space for continued connection, reflection, and support as the energetic expansion unfolds.

A private one-on-one mentoring session with me is included and required for certification, ensuring each student is fully supported, integrated, and confident in their embodiment of this level.

Reiki Master certification is awarded upon completion of the training and mentoring process. This level signifies readiness not only to practice at an advanced level, but also—if desired—to step into teaching and attuning others within the lineage.
