Payment is required to reserve your spot. No-shows are non-refundable, and late arrivals may result in reduced time. Events registered and paid through a venue’s website follow the venue’s cancellation/refund policy. Deposits for retreats, trainings, and special events are non-refundable, and transfers may be approved case-by-case (to a future date or another person). Scholarships for Reiki trainings and select work/train retreat opportunities may be available—always ask.
